Loaded Rib Mac ‘N’ Cheese ~ Our homemade Mac ‘N’ Cheese loaded with the tenderest of barbeque rib meat and topped with a barbeque glaze. £10
Pork Tenderloin ~ Everyone’s favourite! Canons of pork in our hunters’ sauce with mushrooms, bacon, baby onions and red wine. Topped with a crispy cheese dumpling. £9
Kangaroo Vindaloo ~ Not for the faint hearted! Pieces of kangaroo fillet in our own special recipe Vindaloo sauce, topped with fresh coriander. £9.50 (GF)
Beef Blade ~ Overnight, low and slow cooked beef, rolled and served with stilton, white wine and mushroom. £11 (GF)
Turkeyflette ~ A festive twist on our famous tartiflette, sliced potatoes with onions, garlics, shredded turkey and cranberries in a creamy French cheese sauce topped with sliced Reblochen cheese. £11 (GF)
Shredded Smoked Chicken ~ Locally smoked chicken, roasted and shredded. Served in a masala, tarragon and cream sauce with spinach and sundried tomatoes. £10 (GF)
